A bit about vacancy:

We’re looking for middle 3D artists to join our project for a long-term cooperation.

We’re interested in talented artists who could become the part of our team!

Key responsibilities:

  • Working with Maya 2019 software on a daily basis;
  • Subdivision modeling;
  • Building of a clean, neat geometry;
  • PBR creation and texturesunlit at Substance Painter;
  • Knowledge of Maya’s skinning tools at a basic level;
  • Working with stylized objects.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Today, AstermanLT is a company with more than 10 dedicated professional artists, animators, programmers and managers who implement world-class projects for clients such as Disney, Visa, MasterCard etc.

At the moment, to strengthen the sales team, we are looking for a business development manager.

Key responsibilities:
– Lead generationand deals closure for gaming, advertising and events in the markets of Europe, the USA;
– Negotiating with clients;
– Participation in client briefings with producers;
– Establishing and maintaining long-term relations with new and existing clients;
– Conduction after-sales customer service.

If you have:
– B1 English level;
– Understanding of the sales stages, willing to develop in this direction;
– Interest in graphics, animation, games.

If you are:
– Easy-going and open-minded person;
– Active and not afraid of difficult tasks 🙂.

We are ready to consider candidates without experience in sales. We will teach you and support.

The main requirement is knowledge of the language at a level sufficient for negotiating with European clients and having a great desire to master this area.
