Challenge

The client needed a 3D promotional video to visualize a new residential complex still under construction. The main challenge was to design and model realistic building facades that would convey the final look and atmosphere of the neighborhood long before its completion.

Solution

Asterman’s team developed multiple façade options to help the client choose the most appealing architectural concept. After final approval, detailed 3D modeling and texturing were carried out for the buildings and surrounding landscape. The environment was composed into a cohesive, lifelike scene that reflected the mood and design of the future complex.
