360 view VR project

The NATO Summit, which took place on July 11-12, 2023 in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania.
Challenge
Show nature, architecture and sights of Lithuania in VR 360 view on Unreal.
Solution
The Asterman team was involved at the planning stage of the project, a description of how the video should look like.
At the first stage, the specialists began to work on blocking scenes in order to assess the scale of the project. Then we moved on to detailing the scenes. They began to arrange cassettes of final quality, to make appropriate technical settings of the scenes. We started working with lighting and shaders. Next, our artists started “decorating” the scenes, adding butterflies, crickets.
The next stage was the preliminary rendering and technical setup of 360 view. After setting up all the scenes, our team submitted the project for rendering. The render was on the customer's side, and more subtle project settings were made on our side during the rendering process.
Result
We created a VR project that showed all the beauties of nature and sights of Lithuania. The augmented reality project was used at the NATO Summit 2023 to introduce representatives of other countries to Lithuania.
